My recent experience at the ‘All Love’ workshop in Costa Rica was one I will never forget. Michael and Carolina, created such a warm, safe & comfortable space. This environment allowed me to meditate unlike I have ever before. I was able to truly connect to myself, my spirit and a higher energy. Each day of the workshop brought personal clarity for & a revived energy. I feel very lucky to have had this incredible experience, to connect with myself & others and to have this gift I now carry with me into my daily life.
